What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyse and map current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support the development and implementation of digital solutions, including core banking systems, insurance platforms, CRM, and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of banking products and insurance processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
