Finance Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the Commercial Finance team in shaping business decisions and enabling effective decision making by building robust Management Information, delivering insightful analysis, and tracking performance. Focus on product and commercial finance, assessing initiatives, evaluating performance, and informing financial decisions in a scaling fintech environment.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office in London or Budapest, 2 days remote).

Salary: £25,000–£35,000 Gross.

What you will do

• Support the monthly Management Information process and help turn data into actionable insight.
• Maintain and improve budgeting and forecasting models across the business.
• Support analysis of product launches, pricing and performance to guide commercial decisions.
• Work with Commercial Finance Business Partners to support Marketing, Tech and People teams with financial analysis and insight.
• Contribute to procurement reviews, cost saving initiatives and investment evaluations.

Requirements

• 2:1 or above in a relevant degree such as STEM, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Planning to begin your professional accounting qualification soon.
• Confident in Google Sheets / Excel and interested in learning tools like Looker and SQL.
• Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable engaging with different teams.
