What you will do
- Own a book of business for small to medium customers, driving relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Comprehend and deliver on customer goals related to PersistIQ services.
- Act as a liaison to PersistIQ’s Account Management Team.
- Lead all retention efforts, including renewals and cancellation requests.
- Assist customers with escalated issues and questions pertaining to their service agreement and tools.
- Expand revenue in existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS organization.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Must be technical, analytical, results-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, administratively strong, with solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Must be prepared to work standard business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
Nice to have
- Digital Marketing knowledge (paid Ads, landing page optimization, email marketing, social media).
- Experience using Shopify.
- Knowledge of basic CSS, HTML, and JS.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, other marketing automation, CRM, landing page, and email marketing platforms.
