What you will do

• Serve as the first line of defense for production, assessing incident severity and business impact.
• Monitor systems to detect anomalies and prevent outages using advanced tools.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and mitigate production issues by diving into code, databases, and logs.
• Drive effective incident communication and escalation to relevant teams.
• Maintain and grow the Runbook library and NOC knowledge base.
• Analyze system observability, reliability, and recovery time for continuous improvement.
• Lead incident management and incident review processes.
• Execute operational and security requests following SRE&SOC runbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in application monitoring or production support.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and integrations.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Spinnaker.
• Intermediate English (spoken & written).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow run-books while thinking critically under pressure.
• Experience working with service-based applications.

Nice to have

• Hands-on production support in public cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• 1+ years of Linux administration experience (or a strong desire to build it).
• Strong interest in automation, telemetry, and reliability improvement.
