11 bit studios is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join a game development environment focused on creating meaningful player experiences with real impact. In this role, you will lead and mentor a small DevOps team, shape DevOps strategy, and ensure smooth cooperation between game development, IT, and infrastructure teams.

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving build systems, automation, and internal services, supporting game production pipelines and long-term technical stability.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of DevOps engineers
• Ensure effective communication between game development, DevOps, and IT teams
• Develop and execute DevOps strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Maintain and improve automation scripts, build engineering, and internal services
• Support and maintain internally hosted services such as Perforce
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and production workflows

📚 Required Skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps role
• Leadership or team coordination experience
• Strong background in automation, build engineering, infrastructure, and deployment
• Professional experience with CI/CD systems
• Solid understanding of Python
• Experience compiling and deploying game builds
• Deep knowledge of version control systems, preferably Perforce
• Experience with Ansible or similar automation tools
• Experience working with Docker
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent English

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience working in a game development environment
• Unreal Engine build and deployment experience
• Broad understanding of online services and data management
