What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable systems.
• Develop automation tools to improve efficiency for DevOps, IT Ops, and support teams.
• Build and manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and remediation actions.
• Monitor system health and performance using logging and monitoring tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an SRE / DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience (designing and operating cloud infrastructure).
• Experience with Terraform / Terragrunt and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., New Relic, ELK, Zabbix or equivalents).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be based in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia) or Poland.
