Experienced UX Designer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role primarily based in Bratislava, with possible work locations in Košice, Prague, or Brno.

Salary: From €3,700 gross per month, with the final amount based on skills and experience; performance bonus of up to 15% paid twice a year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design across multiple cybersecurity products and complex touchpoints.
• Design user journeys and flows for hirify.global Business solutions and interconnected services.
• Drive collaborative design iterations with product management, solution architecture, engineering, marketing, and business leadership.
• Plan and conduct design validation through usability testing, data, and analytics.
• Contribute to UX strategy, design patterns, usability practices, and broader team initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in UX-related work.
• Experience designing complex digital products.
• Education in UX, interaction design, visual communications, architecture, product design, or a similar field.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, cooperation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly understand technical topics.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
