UX Designer (Security Software)

TL;DR

UX Designer (Cybersecurity): Defining and shaping the user experience for a global portfolio of security products and services with an accent on end-to-end design execution, UX strategy, and consistency across multiple touchpoints. Focus on leading complex user journey designs, driving collaborative iterations, and translating research insights into actionable improvements.

Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Košice, Prague, or Brno

Salary: €3,700 EUR (gross, monthly)

What you will do

• Lead the design of complex user journeys and flows to ensure the best end-to-end experiences across multiple products.
• Drive collaborative design iterations with cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions and alignment.
• Plan and conduct design validation through usability testing, data, and analytics.
• Actively contribute to and help shape broader UX initiatives, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency and quality of user experience across the hirify.global Business ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 5-6 years of experience with UX-related work.
• Experience working on complex digital products.
• Relevant education (UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, Architecture, Product Design or similar).
• Proactive “can-do” attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical topics quickly.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B products.
• Experience with Service Design.
• Experience with usability testing and analytics.
