What you will do

• Partner with Marketplace leadership to provide insights that accelerate product development and innovation.
• Develop and maintain core dashboards, metrics, and reports that track the health of the marketplace.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to inform product decisions.
• Architect and build robust data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and modeling needs.
• Conduct opportunity sizing and deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in data science, product analytics, or a related quantitative role.
• Expertise in SQL and experience using scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Proficiency in developing data pipelines and working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hive, Airflow).
• Strong experience in experimental design (A/B testing), statistical analysis, and metric definition.
• A proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights and communicating them to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
