What you will do

• Design, develop, and manage scalable ETL pipelines for product launches.
• Create and optimize data models and schemas (eventing, customer, process level data).
• Build monitoring to assess infrastructure health, data quality, and lineage.
• Participate in on-call rotation and fix business-critical pipelines.
• Translate business needs from non-technical partners into data requirements and automated solutions.
• Standardize business and product metric definitions in curated datasets and develop data dictionaries.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree.
• High proficiency in SQL.
• Working experience with Python and Terraform.
• Experience designing medium-to-large data engineering solutions and managing their entire lifecycle.
• Experience with ETL scheduling technologies with dependency checking (e.g., Airflow or Prefect), schema design, and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience with setting up data quality and data lineage monitoring.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial crimes compliance systems, technologies, and processes.
• Experience driving data-driven decisions for AI initiatives / agent building.
