Salary: 171,400.00 – 286,200.00 CAD annually

What you will do

• Own the technical vision and product roadmap for measurement services, driving architecture decisions for petabyte-scale data systems.
• Lead the development of ML and GenAI-powered measurement solutions for accurate attribution in privacy-constrained environments.
• Build and grow an engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Science, Data Scientists, and Economists to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure high standards for operational excellence for products serving hundreds of millions of customers globally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
• 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Nice to have

• Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing Software Engineers.
