Location: Hybrid, recommended 2 days in the office. Offices located in Kaunas and Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: €4,317- €5,833 gross per month

What you will do

• Observe, identify, and frame customer and business problems using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Own product discovery end-to-end, adapting the discovery plan based on the work required.
• Bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-functional, or cross-team problems by defining constraints, scope, and success criteria.
• Understand end-to-end journeys, signals, and key ecosystem dynamics for both malicious actors and genuine users.
• Create and own security products through measurable objectives and key results.
• Team up with members from the business, engineering, design, data, legal and finance departments to find holistic solutions and strategies.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment amid ambiguity.
• Experience in the Security/Trust&Safety area is a plus.
• Excellent communication and co-creation skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical partners.
• Able to advocate for security as a core part of the product experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
