What you will do
- Own end-to-end digital marketing tracking systems, ensuring reliable collection of performance, attribution, and behavioral data.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent data across web and app platforms for performance channels by managing event design, tag configuration, and monitoring for tracking drift, including on SEO landing pages.
- Oversee the tooling and systems that support organic search performance.
- Drive optimizations that improve rankings, reduce technical SEO issues, and support scalable content generation.
- Define how AI-enhanced search interacts with marketplace content, metadata, and user intent, creating visibility and strategy around GenAI Search optimization.
- Build and manage a joint roadmap for Marketing Performance & Search with transparent reporting and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Experience working with marketing app and web performance tracking (Adjust MMP, GA4 / Firebase).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, search ranking signals, and technical SEO tooling.
- Interest or experience with AI/LLM search, ranking systems, or retrieval pipelines.
- Foundational product management skills focused on platform or tooling development.
- Excellent communication and co-creation abilities with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to improve processes, insights quality, and search experiences.
