What you will do

• Develop and implement influencer strategies to increase client market share.
• Lead influencer plans across brands and collaborate with integrated teams.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
• Identify and nurture client-appropriate influencer talent and relationships.
• Manage the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification to reporting.
• Build and maintain successful client relationships, selling creative ideas and content.

Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience working in a regulated category and culture-driving campaigns.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven experience in building productive relationships and stakeholder management.
• Ability to integrate digital and social media into campaign activity.
