Scrum Master (Agile)

TL;DR

Senior Scrum Master (Agile): Coaching and mentoring teams and individuals in agile delivery and mindset techniques, with an accent on improving performance and continuous improvement across multiple clients and teams. Focus on designing and delivering impactful workshops, building strong stakeholder relationships, and closing agile capability gaps.

Location: Hybrid, with company 'Clubs' across the UK and Europe. Must be based in the UK or Europe.

Compensation: Up to £500 per day.

What you will do

• Coach, train, and mentor individuals and teams in successful agile delivery.
• Provide coaching support across multiple clients and teams.
• Research and create innovative content for workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing.
• Build and manage trusted relationships with various stakeholders.
• Improve agile practitioner levels within the company and client teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master across multiple Agile teams.
• Experience working within a Consultancy/Professional Services organization.
• Wide range of experience with software delivery and product development methods.
• Expert proficiency in facilitation of sessions, workshops, and training.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Experience with scaling Agile or Agile transformations.
• Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile certifications.
• Shared knowledge through blogs or talks at events.
