What you will do

• Execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation strategies to improve visibility on search and AI platforms
• Conduct keyword and intent research targeting key audience segments
• Audit and improve technical and on-page SEO in collaboration with developers
• Create AI-friendly content with Brand & Comms team
• Design and run A/B tests to optimise conversion and growth
• Optimise App Store and Google Play listings to increase installs
• Monitor and report insights using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and Looker Studio
• Stay updated on SEO trends and generative AI developments

Requirements

• Must be located in the United Kingdom with hybrid office attendance in Leicestershire or London
• Proven specialist SEO experience with strong technical SEO knowledge
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimisation and AI-driven search
• Hands-on experience with A/B or multivariate testing
• Strong communication skills to translate insights for non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Experience with App Store Optimisation for discount, ecommerce, or membership apps
