What you will do

• Define and refine Arbor’s brand architecture to maximise equity and clarity.
• Lead the brand integration workstream for future acquisitions.
• Partner with Product Marketing to shape how Arbor enters new adjacencies and markets.
• Oversee the production of high-impact assets that fuel our Demand Generation engine.
• Direct the strategy for proprietary events, trade shows, and partner activations.
• Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of Brand and Content Marketing Managers and our Senior Events Manager.

Requirements

• Brand architecture expert with proven experience managing a complex "house of brands".
• Experience navigating the brand complexities of M&A and integrations.
• Content leader with experience running a content function that drives measurable demand.
• Deep experience in B2B (SaaS/Tech preferred), understanding complex buying cycles and multiple personas.
• Comfortable handling PR, investor relations messaging, and crisis comms.
• Must be based in London (Hybrid)
