What you will do

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key existing customers across the EMESA and DACH regions.
• Manage the overall renewal process for customer accounts.
• Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for your customers internally.
• Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning hirify.global to long-term business goals.
• Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by identifying areas for growth and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
• Professionally bi-lingual in German and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable navigating technical conversations, while maintaining a business-value focus.
• Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes.

• Strong understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or related technologies.
