What you will do

• Generate, pitch, and write data stories on a range of different topics.
• Support reporters and editors with data analysis and visualisation.
• Help promote the team’s work through social video.
• Help maintain hirify.global data page.
• Be willing to work late hours and weekends where required.

Requirements

• Spreadsheet skills are essential.
• Basic coding ability (R or Python) is preferential.
• Experience using Datawrapper, Flourish, or similar visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• A basic grasp of statistics.
• Ability to write under pressure on deadline.
