TL;DR

Senior Program Manager (Product & Tech): Driving Agile transformation at an organizational level, leading cross-functional coaching and ensuring effective collaboration across departments. Focus on designing and delivering Agile training programs, aligning Agile practices with business objectives, and empowering teams to embrace Agile principles.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S.

Salary: $106,000–$160,000/yr

What you will do

  • Develop and facilitate Agile training content and organizational-level coaching.
  • Evaluate the impact of Agile adoption and facilitate internal communication.
  • Conduct supervisory, management, or nontechnical skills training courses.
  • Use needs assessment tools and interact with functional organizations for course content.
  • Prepare lesson plans and instruct participants in classroom/group sessions.
  • Work directly with Directors and Senior PCTY leadership on departmental/organizational coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Agile coaching, training, and transformation at an enterprise level.
  • Proven experience leading Agile adoption and implementing Agile at scale across multiple teams.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile.
  • Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills to influence and mentor at all levels.
  • Experience with change management, organizational development, and Agile tools like Jira/Confluence.
