What you will do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of highly skilled engineers.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure team competencies in cyber security.
• Drive software security compliance work and contribute to the overall cyber security strategy.
• Be responsible for the execution of the security roadmap, delivering strategic objectives on time.
• Collaborate across functions and with the Product Manager to define and execute cyber security and compliance direction.
• Handle line management responsibilities including development dialogues, salary reviews, budgeting, and recruitment.

Requirements

• Leadership experience (e.g., Team Lead, Project Manager, Line Manager).
• Strong understanding and interest in cyber security.
• Experience or familiarity with embedded software development.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience leading software development teams.
• Fluency in English (C1+).

• Experience in software security compliance and certifications.
