• Build relationships with customers and partners as a strategic advisor.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Track record of coaching and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional proficiency in English (knowledge of any Nordic language is a plus).
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science.
• Enthusiasm for data, AI, and cloud technologies.
