Location: This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, within a reasonable commuting distance, and follows a hybrid working model.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop an inclusive pre-sales team in Stockholm, focusing on performance and career growth.
  • Partner with Sales to drive solution- and value-based selling, demonstrating the business impact of the platform.
  • Enhance team effectiveness by establishing and iterating on best practices for efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer executives and strategic partners as an advisor on data, analytics, and AI.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent hirify.global as part of the regional leadership team and contribute to building the brand in Nordic markets.

Requirements

  • Experience managing or leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, or similar complex technology environments.
  • Track record of leading and scaling pre-sales, consulting, or technical field organizations with an emphasis on coaching and inclusive leadership.
  • Understanding of consumption-based or subscription business models and their influence on commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional leaders, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish languages is required.
  • Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, Data Science, or adjacent fields.
