What you will do

• Provide expert third-line support for a wide range of services, ensuring high availability.
• Implement technical security requirements and focus on policy, governance, and management.
• Apply network principles to troubleshoot security incidents and optimize performance.
• Support 24/7 callout for incident management and resolution.
• Analyze organizations and roles to create access policies.
• Document internal/external processes and maintain Jira stories.

Requirements

• Proficiency in networking principles (IP, TCP/UDP/ICMP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS), firewalls, and network services (DNS, NTP, TACACS, RADIUS, LDAP).
• Experience with security tools and Linux.
• Programming proficiency in at least one language (Bash, Python, and/or Ansible).
• Ability to support/lead audits (SOC2, ISO27001).
• Strong security culture/mindset and ability to implement change.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an ISP environment, managing and troubleshooting internal networks.
• Experience in continuous application deployments to live networks (VMs, Routers, Switches, Servers).
