Technical Account Manager (Tam)

Focus on proactively helping enterprises accelerate their digital transformation initiatives.

Location: Hybrid culture with options to go in to an office in one of our hubs

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 base salary + 10% variable incentive

What you will do

• Support customers during onboarding, including architecture design, product configuration, and use‑case implementation.
• Manage and track top‑tier customer projects, including issue resolution and escalation on behalf of Product and Services teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and serve as their trusted technical advisor and long‑term partner.
• Champion customer needs internally, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management on feature requests and roadmap alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with customers of varying sizes.
• Experience in Professional Services functions within a fast‑paced software or SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts.
• Prior experience administering or interacting with Access Management platforms (API management experience is a strong plus).
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Software development experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java or Python).
• Customer Facing experience.
• Experience working in a startup or scale‑up environment.
