What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for an agile squad focused on customer insights.
• Translate requirements into actionable squad tasks and define scope, roadmap, and priorities.
• Drive and perform CRM activities, specifically related to Bloomreach.
• Contribute to digital analytics tasks like web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Support users in understanding data & analytics and evaluate business results.
• Proactively identify new opportunities and initiatives for improvements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data transformation and programming (e.g., Big Query, Databricks, SQL).
• Experience with BI tools for data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
• Understanding of digital analyst tools and KPIs (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Fluent or proficient level of English required for Nordic-wide collaboration.
• Interest and proficiency in communication and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Product Owner, Project Leader, or Team Leader.
• Proficiency with analytical methods.
• Relevant university degree.
• Digital Marketing knowledge and CRM data experience.
