What you will do

• Drive refinement of work items to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize development backlog and ensure deliveries according to commitments.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate across value streams and the Marine business.
• Participate in PI planning: define stories, provide clarification, and set team PI objectives.
• Secure training and adoption of solutions together with the product manager.
• Optimize team performance together with the Scrum master and Line manager by sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of complex IT solutions and product management.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum master.
• Fluent in Agile development methodologies.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MS D365 field service customization and configuration.
