What you will do

• Coach and mentor a team of 15-20 Product Owners, facilitating their individual competence maps and development plans.
• Manage HR-related people processes, including recruiting and salary administration for the team.
• Manage budget and resources, and handle escalations for the value stream.
• Lead by example, fostering a transparent, collaborative, and agile culture.
• Actively contribute to the Development & Operation Leadership team for the value stream.
• Ensure product information is consistent, secure, and available throughout the product lifecycle to enable holistic and detailed digital views of the supply chain.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background and prior experience in a similar managerial role, IT delivery, or software development.
• Experience with an agile way of working, preferably based on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and as a line manager in an agile setup.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Structured, driven, with the ability to see the big picture and strong change leadership.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with diverse backgrounds, focusing on driving processes with a lean-agile mindset.
