What you will do

• Define and drive the mobile platform vision for hirify.global.
• Lead the development of core mobile platform capabilities, including modular, composable mobile journeys and shared UI components.
• Design platform capabilities, patterns, and interfaces that allow core product and growth teams to contribute to mobile outcomes.
• Represent clients, product teams, and engineers, balancing customer experience, developer experience, and operational safety.
• Evangelise and align across the organisation, acting as the product voice for mobile platform strategy.
• Define and measure success metrics for the mobile platform, including mobile adoption, consistency, and client trust.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent building platforms or developer-facing capabilities.
• Strong technical fluency in mobile architectures (including React Native environments), API-driven systems, and authentication.
• A platform-first mindset with the ability to standardise and abstract.
• Proven leadership in complex environments with regulatory constraints and high expectations.
• Execution-oriented and detail-aware, with a focus on shipping real outcomes.
