Location: Hybrid (2 days remote) in Larnaca, Cyprus

What you will do

• Handle daily business inquiries regarding product operations, changes, or new feature requests.
• Assist in resolving inquiries from clients and internal business users across various products.
• Support Product Managers and Business Analysts in ensuring successful new product or feature releases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth business operations.
• Formulate and update internal procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze user data and feedback for product enhancements and optimizations.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes, and conduct training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Some experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Nice to have

• Additional language.
• Knowledge of CRM software and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
