TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist L2 (Fintech): Daily supporting internal customers all over the world, handling complaints and assisting clients during integration with systems with an accent on providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits. Focus on collaborating with other teams to drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes, and staying current with system information, changes, and updates.

What you will do

  • Daily support internal customers worldwide and handling complaints.
  • Assist clients during system integration.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve internal and external processes.
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service in a help desk, service desk, or Technical support L2.
  • Experience providing remote support for client, server, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to details.
  • Experience in analyzing system metrics and logs (Elasticsearch, Grafana, etc.).
  • Upper-Intermediate level of Spoken and written English is a must.
  • Flexibility to occasional shifts, including night ones.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM.
  • Experience with MS SQL.
  • Experience with any message broker.
  • Excellent problem investigation and solving skills.
  • Responsibility, initiative, self-organization, and striving to learn.
  • Diploma, certificates, or other IT designations.
