What you will do
- Adhere to specified support processes and actively listen to understand customer problems.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and demonstrate comfort using computer systems.
- Complete allocated service tickets adhering to Support SLA timelines and Customer Service standards.
- Comprehend new ideas and communicate with confidence and humility within a large team.
- Proactively focus on daily learning from successes and mistakes to adapt quickly to new situations.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of technical experience, preferably in an application support role within a SaaS organization.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management).
- Basic skills in time and priorities management, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Problem-solving skills along with the ability to infer from previous experience and demonstrate curiosity.
- Must work from the office three (3) days per week in Lviv, Ukraine.
