Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per annum

What you will do

• Ensure CRM data in Salesforce is accurate, consistent, and easy to use for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Clean, standardise, validate, and enrich data to support lead management and reporting.
• Monitor data quality and implement best practice data hygiene.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to resolve data inconsistencies and duplicates.
• Standardise key data fields like company names, job titles, and industry classifications.
• Utilise tools and technologies to enrich data and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Comfortable handling data imports, updates, and validation.
• Experience cleaning, deduplicating, and standardising large datasets.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Basic understanding of data quality monitoring and reporting.
• Interest in tracking key data metrics.

• Familiarity with data enrichment tools or third-party data sources.
