What you will do

• Define and execute brand architecture, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for hirify.global Enterprise.
• Develop and manage a unified enterprise marketing strategy for Snow Commerce and hirify.global Enterprise.
• Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive qualified leads.
• Strategize and execute initiatives to create demand from corporate end-customers, leveraging partnership models.
• Lead marketing efforts across key enterprise channels including trade shows, LinkedIn, email, and web presence.
• Act as a player-coach, personally executing high-quality marketing materials (copywriting, video scripting, presentations).

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B or Enterprise Marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or Director-level role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a new marketing function from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in brand strategy and the execution of outbound campaigns targeting large enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated experience in a hands-on, player-coach capacity, with strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing execution.
• Experience marketing a software service or product through a channel, distribution, or partnership model.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
