What you will do
- Lead development, merchandising, and promotion for two Shopify DTC websites across the US and Canada.
- Partner with acquisition, retention, and content teams to launch new products and campaigns in sync.
- Manage the CRO roadmap with an external agency: designing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and scaling results.
- Oversee all UX and performance metrics, from conversion to page speed.
- Represent the US DTC perspective internally to secure cross-functional support from product and operations.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing ecommerce websites, ideally across multiple brands or regions.
- Hands-on experience with CRO, UX, and Experimentation.
- Deep knowledge of Shopify and conversion optimisation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AB Tasty, Microsoft Clarity).
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive improvement.
- Experience working with design/dev teams.
- Comfortable working across time zones.
- US market experience preferred.
