What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and improve core infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, and backup.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and recoverability of critical services.
• Contribute to platform engineering initiatives such as Kubernetes and Tanzu.
• Implement and maintain automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Collaborate with Network, Security, and Service Desk teams for reliable and secure operations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware.
• Knowledge of storage and backup solutions.
• Scripting and automation skills in Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python.
• Proven operational experience including incident management and troubleshooting in production.
• Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania or Bergen/Oslo, Norway

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and Tanzu platform.
• Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation.
• Exposure to public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
