What you will do

• Handle incidents end-to-end, including participation in on-call rotations for major incidents.
• Deploy releases and manage configuration and change activities across environments.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for application behavior and integrations.
• Proactively monitor systems to identify and resolve issues before they impact production.
• Collaborate with technical owners and cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements.

Requirements

• Experience in IT operations, application support, or a similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IBM MQ.
• Proficiency working in Linux and Windows environments.
• Professional communication in English.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SWIFT-related systems or integrations.
• Scripting or programming skills.
• Understanding of enterprise networking, virtualization, and security best practices.
• Professional certifications (ITIL, IBM MQ, SWIFT, Agile).
