What you will do

• Receive and triage incoming client support requests via email.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle in JIRA, including logging, tracking, and closing.
• Resolve common recurring issues at the first point of contact.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers with detailed context.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of standard request resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with senior IT support colleagues.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with MySQL for running basic queries.
• Basic Python scripting skills (hobby-level is acceptable).
• Good communication skills for client-facing interaction.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Understanding of telephony, IP networks, or VoIP.
• Prior experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
