What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering leaders and teams to grow technical and leadership capabilities.
• Write production code regularly in React/TypeScript frontend and Golang backend.
• Define and evolve technical strategy, architecture, and engineering standards in an AI-first culture.
• Partner with talent teams to attract and onboard engineering talent.
• Drive delivery and impact across multiple product streams balancing quality and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design to align priorities and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near London with hybrid work (4 days in-office).
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with recent coding experience in React/TypeScript and Golang.
• Proven engineering management experience including managing engineering leaders.
• Experience with architectural decisions and building scalable consumer-facing products.
• Passion for people development and coaching engineers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with an AI-first mindset.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English).
