What you will do
- Lead data strategy and audience planning for key clients like The Coca-Cola Company, integrating 1st party data and platform signals.
- Drive the adoption of WPP Open Media Studio and Open Intelligence to unlock business value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on leveraging data, tech, and AI for business challenges.
- Actively participate in and lead the data narrative for new business pitches, identifying competitive advantages with AI.
- Identify successful data solutions and adapt them into scalable use cases for other clients.
- Provide client feedback to the Product team to influence product roadmap recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data, tech, or AI consulting, preferably within an agency or mar-tech environment.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles like customer lifecycle, personalization, and segmentation.
- Strong grasp of data architecture, data modeling, and identity resolution specific to the China landscape.
- Ability to navigate the unique China data ecosystem (walled gardens, PIPL, local platforms).
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic and critical thinker, able to devise innovative solutions with imperfect data or resources.
