What you will do

• Collect and prioritize needs from local business teams.
• Define requirements and guide solutions from concept to delivery.
• Own and maintain the B2B product roadmap, balancing business priorities and quick wins.
• Work with engineering, design, and ops teams to launch quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the process.
• Define and track key product metrics, analyse performance data, and derive actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a product management role within a product-led company.
• Genuine care for customers and tireless advocacy on their behalf.
• Strength in tackling problems directly and shaping effective solutions beyond rigid guidelines.
• Strong bias towards outcomes over processes.
• Confidence in handling large-scale tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
