What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s BESS and EMS solutions as core building blocks in our technical product catalog for fast charging stations.
• Develop and maintain a clear strategic roadmap for these solutions.
• Identify and evaluate BESS, EMS and auxiliary systems, scan the markets to identify potential manufacturers and suppliers.
• Influence supplier roadmaps so that BESS and EMS solutions are scalable, standardizable, and suitable for deployment across countries.
• Define high-level electrical system architectures for a scalable deployment of BESS and EMS.
• Coordinate pilot deployments across all departments: ensure new technologies are thoroughly tested in the field and issues resolved before network roll out.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, AC and DC grids, power electronics, software and communication protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in a flexible, fast-moving environment where priorities shift and experimentation is key.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
