What you will do

• Drive technical projects and provide onsite support at the Nijmegen office.
• Manage on/offboarding, office setup, meeting rooms, desks, and equipment.
• Collaborate with IT and Facilities departments to ensure a smooth workplace experience.
• Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting for onsite users.
• Promote IT awareness and best practices within the office.
• Deliver technical training sessions to empower employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Experience with IT support, onsite technical assistance, or delivering technical training.
• Expertise in IT Support exam, AC900, ITIL, M365, Endpoint management, Office suite, Jira, and project management.
• English: Fluent in written and spoken English.
