Salary: €61,800 - €110,400 gross per year

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of data scientists focused on homepage recommender and upload form suggestion systems
• Identify and prioritise strategic opportunities for data science products in the Buyer domain
• Own key performance indicators and measure impact through experimentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams
• Support team members’ career growth and proactively hire new talent
• Deliver insights to stakeholders across the company

Requirements

• Based in Europe or able to work remotely within Europe
• Proven experience leading data science teams and delivering data products
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex topics clearly
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with statistical analysis, experiment design, hypothesis testing, and machine learning systems
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher)

Nice to have

• Experience with recommender systems or personalisation
• Experience working on marketplace platforms
• Experience collaborating with engineering on model productionisation and MLOps
