What you will do

• Lead data science projects to deliver high-value business capabilities.
• Architect and build AI-powered chatbot systems.
• Design and implement advanced tools that power conversational AI capabilities.
• Build user profiling and personalization models to deliver tailored chatbot experiences.
• Leverage internal and external data to understand client's company-level priorities and deliver targeted support.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and solution roadmaps.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience building conversational AI systems, chatbots, LLM applications, or other advanced machine learning/artificial intelligence solutions.
• Master's Degree or PhD in a quantitative field required.
• Strong communication skills to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing, Search and Recommendation systems.
• Proficiency with Python, machine learning tools, deep learning frameworks, LLM frameworks, SQL/relational databases, NoSQL databases, vector databases, distributed machine learning, Linux and shell scripting.
• Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure ML.
