What you will do

• Develop sophisticated data models and agentic workflows integrating with enterprise data systems.
• Utilize statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques to discover insights and identify opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to design, test, and implement predictive models and machine-learning algorithms, ensuring scalability.
• Take full ownership of projects, independently scoping problems, designing solutions, and delivering implementation.
• Collaborate with the Data Science Team Manager on project prioritization and manage end-to-end data projects.
• Mentor junior data scientists and enhance team skills.

Requirements

• Education: PhD preferred in Data Science, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, Mathematics, or Statistics (Master’s degree with exceptional experience considered).
• Expert proficiency in Python and PySpark, with strong experience in machine learning, AI, and Agentic technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in a science role, delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advocate for data-driven approaches.
• Familiarity with AWS tools like S3, SageMaker Studio, and Athena is highly desirable.
