Head of Accounting Customer Success (AI ERP): Building and leading a world-class Customer Success Management team for an AI-native ERP platform with an accent on e2e account management, ERP adoption, and customer issue resolution. Location: Onsite in New York City, New York, United States. Relocation packages will be covered to New York City.
Salary: $140,000–$220,000 base salary, plus $20,000–$50,000 in variable compensation and $150,000+ in equity ownership.

What you will do
- Build, coach, and develop a high-caliber Customer Success Management team, establishing playbooks and infrastructure for scale.
- Manage key customer relationships, run success plans, and lead recurring check-ins for all account tiers.
- Drive ERP adoption and expansion by delivering systemized trainings and optimizing customer workflows.
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point, resolving critical issues for high-tier accounts post-go-live.
- Operationalize customer support by creating and continuously improving SOPs and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to relay bugs, prioritize features, and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
- Proven experience scaling Customer Success or Account Management teams from 0 to 50-100+ members at a high pace.
- 8+ years of experience in ERP, accounting audit, or finance solutions, with a strong preference for in-house or public accounting experience.
- ERP implementation, finance professional services, or project management leadership experience.
- Strong technical aptitude, including SQL, and expert Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to translate accounting requirements into system configurations and automated workflows.
