What you will do

  • Inspire and lead a team building next-generation ETL systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading high-impact engineering teams known for delivering excellence.
  • 5+ years building complex, performance-critical systems (e.g., distributed computing, Spark, databases).
  • Proven track record of shipping powerful, simple, and user-loved infrastructure.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with product and customers to drive outcomes.
  • Deep respect for software craftsmanship and a practical approach to balancing innovation with long-term technical health.
  • Ability to attract and nurture top-tier talent while cultivating a culture of trust, ownership, and execution.
  • English: B2 required.
