What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s influencer and creator marketing strategy across platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
• Develop and execute hirify.global’s partnerships strategy across sports, media, creators, events, and cultural platforms.
• Own hirify.global’s in-person activation and events strategy, including live events, community activations, and creator-led experiences.
• Define KPIs and performance benchmarks for influencer, partnership, and event initiatives.
• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for influencer, partnership, and experiential marketing.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, brand marketing, or experiential marketing.
• Proven experience building and scaling creator or influencer programs with clear strategic intent.
• Strong track record developing partnerships and live activations that drive brand impact and growth.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with creators, partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendors.
• Ability to balance creative instinct with data-informed decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports, gaming, or regulated industries is a plus.
