Position: Junior/Middle Influencer Marketing Manager

AdAstra seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who is a true self-starter—not just a task executory —someone who goes beyond simply sourcing creators and instead builds deep, long-term partnerships. This role is centered on relationship ownership: maintaining strong creator relationships, ensuring excellence in campaign execution, and strategically leveraging those partnerships to drive high-value, performance-focused campaigns that align tightly with brand and growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Influencer Scouting & Qualification
- Identify and research Instagram influencers (micro to macro)
- Evaluate audience quality, engagement, content style, and GEO relevance for iGaming campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2-3 year of experience in Instagram influencer marketing or creator management (iGaming, betting, or similar vertical).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and basic spreadsheets/dashboards.
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple creators and campaigns at once.
