What you will do

  • Establish and govern renewal pricing strategy, aligning with financial objectives, customer retention, and growth goals.
  • Establish pricing frameworks and governance models to enable scalable, consistent, and compliant pricing practices.
  • Lead development of advanced pricing analytics and insights using historical data, market trends, and predictive modeling.
  • Contribute detailed scenario planning and comparative pricing responses during renewal planning.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Champion continuous improvement in pricing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Strategic Pricing or Commercial Strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing at the executive level.
  • Track record of creating data-driven pricing strategies, including advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and trend forecasting.
  • Experience with designing and implementing pricing governance frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in pricing tools and analytics platforms; MS Excel expert-level skills required.
